Wellness education, not diagnosis.
Why work at Carthalis
Join the team building a personal health companion — wellness education, daily coaching, and ethical AI with user-owned data.
Meaningful product work
Ship on real surfaces — Twin wellness scores, daily Pulse coaching, chat pathways, and optional integrations — a personal health companion, not diagnostic hype.
User-first ethics
Your data works for the person using Carthalis. We build with data ownership, transparent AI limits, and wellness education — not diagnosis — at the center.
Early-stage upside
Join while the companion loop is shipping and growing — meaningful equity participation without unverified scale claims.
What we look for

- Cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and go-to-market
- Wellness-not-diagnosis discipline in product copy, scores, and coach outputs

- Collaborate with engineering to ensure any Web3 work integrates cleanly without overshadowing the companion product

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Web3 technologies, blockchain development, and smart contracts
- Proficiency in Solidity, Web3.js, and related technologies
- Experience with token standards and incentive design — applied cautiously in health contexts
